Umbrella Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides digital and customized IT services including website development, software development, SEO, CRM, LMS, Android & iOS applications, graphic designing and digital marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds and cancellations are subject to specific terms mentioned below.
Clients may request cancellation of a project before the commencement of work. Once the project has started, cancellation requests shall be reviewed based on the amount of work completed and resources utilized.
Refunds may only be considered if the company is unable to initiate the agreed services within a reasonable period without valid reason. Refund requests for completed, partially completed or delivered services may not be accepted.
The following services are generally non-refundable:
Delays caused due to incomplete information, delayed approvals, non-responsiveness or lack of required materials from the client shall not make the project eligible for cancellation or refund.
Payments made towards third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, themes or external software are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
If any refund is approved by Umbrella Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd., the refund amount shall be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method.
Umbrella Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
